We embrace the spirit of small-batch, hand-manufacturing and value the textures and variations that make our gear as good as artisanal cheese. Product idiosyncrasies are free of charge and do not compromise quality, function or performance. We also strive to minimize our use of anonymously manufactured products and fabricate our gear using components made with pride by skilled artisans whenever possible.
+ LARGE ORDERS
If you are interested in purchasing more of a product than we have on hand, just shoot us an email. If possible, we'll fast track the production of a fresh batch and let you know when to expect your order.
+ OUT OF STOCK
We produce products in small batches. It's the best way to maintain the highest level of quality, but it also means we'll sell out from time to time. If there is something we are out of, let us know your interest by entering your email address on the product page. We will let you know as soon as there is a fresh batch ready to ship. Usually you'll be ready to hit the trail with your new gear in about two weeks.
+ RETURN POLICY
Since each of our products is hand-manufactured and finished to order, we do not accept returns. However, we will repair any component we make that fails under normal use. Please contact us by email and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. If you are still unsure about a product after reviewing its photos and description, we encourage you to email us with any questions before completing your order.

+ HAMMOCK DISCLAIMER
Inherent Danger in the Outdoors?
Hammocks require a small degree of skill to setup and use properly. Camping with a hammock, like all outdoor activities maintains a certain degree of uncontrollable danger. We are not responsible for user error, natural disasters, animal attacks, poor hammock placement causing injury, or anything else that happens when you're out in the field. If something mysteriously breaks - email us.
We have never broken a hammock due to user weight. That being said we have erred on the conservative side and rated our Hammock at a limit of 200lbs. If you exceed this, you understand that we are not liable, nor do we endorse doing so.
All of our outdoor products are heavily tested and easily maintained. Bush Smarts will not be held liable for injury related to user error or outside factors. When partaking in outdoor activities, you assume all responsibility for yourself and well-being.
